when i run cat mice to setup mouise for X , it said cat : mice : command not found
and in /dev there dont hv a dir call input.....
this kernel is compiled by myself instead of using genkernel, but before i use genkernel it work with mouse.....
i sure i hv finish the setting in the input core device and hv select mouse already......... how can i solve it?
my mouse is a USB logitech optical mouse.. |

you need input core , mousedev then you need to have the right usb for your system either ohci or uhci as well as preliminary usb file system support then hid and hid layer ... have /dev/input/mice in xfrees config for the device and for protocol have IMPS/2 |
