Rename that file, so Xorg can't see it. No xorg.conf is needed to get you going.

To use the Intel Xorg driver, you must have all the kernel hardmare framebuffer options off, or the Xorg driver will not see your hardware, since a framebuffer driver now owns it.
The kernel part of the driver provides a console framebuffer driver, so no other driver is needed.
