My computer is acting a little strange. Time is not kept correctly, doesn't matter if I go into the bios and make sure that it is right, in a few days it will be off and get worse and worse (in 2000 and gentoo).I reseated the battery on the board and when I booted up everything was very fast. I never realized how fast my amd T-Bird 850 was until I did this. I tried a new battery and even after a few bootups things went back to bonkers. I know very little about computers so any help is appreciated.
thanks
-Arthur
