I can start nano and vim from the command line in eterm but not from the menu in fluxbox. Any suggestions on how to make them work in fluxbox?

Here's my entry for vim (actually gvim for the X version)
Code: | [exec] (vim) {gvim} | nano can probably be done similarly. _________________ Quis separabit? Quo animo? |

you can also start them inside a terminal like so:
[exec] (vim) {xterm -e vim}
that will start xterm and then vim inside it, just like you're doing manually. |

I tried using [exec] (vim) {vim} an it does not work. Didn't work for nano either. I will try opening them in a terminal to see if that helps. But first I need to get my system back running. I hava another post in installation that explains my newest woes.

Fixed it like the post above but used Eterm instead of xterm like below:
[exec] (vim) {Eterm -e vim}
Also worked with nano.
