Hi,
Since last system update, /etc/portage/make.conf has no effect on configuration. USE flags are not applyied.
How can it be?

Please post your make.conf and the output of emerge -pv <foo> where <foo> is whatever is ignoring the use flag change. You probably should pastbin them if they are long.
Also, don't forget to tell use exactly which use flag we are talking about. _________________ First things first, but not necessarily in that order.
Apologies if I take a while to respond. I'm currently working on the dematerialization circuit for my blue box. |

Thanks | If the permissions would be 600 or so and the user is not root, this would happen. |
