I have sshd running but I need to make sure that port forwarding isn't possible... how do I do that? I know it's possible since I've seen it on other systems.. but I can't find any info about it anywhere....

Hi,

To disable sftp mode, just comment out the line at the bottom of your /etc/ssh/sshd_config:
Code:
#Subsystem       sftp    /usr/lib/misc/sftp-server

Good luck,

Michael
