I did a emerge -u world, but it failed while updating "docbook-sgml-utils-0.6.12"

I remember I met this problem before, but I just ignored it... anyone has idea on what's wrong, please advice, thanks!

error emerging app-text/docbook-sgml-utils-0.6.12 maybe? There are a few other related threads if that one doesn't help.
